Lee Adam Harryman is honored to be appointed as part of the select committee behind the upcoming Flood-Resilient Developments Guidebook launched by PUB: Singapore’s National Water Agency, working alongside fellow experts in engineering, architecture, and development.
As Head of the Climate Resilience Studio and Lead for the PUB City East Coast Study at CPG Consultants, I’ve seen firsthand the urgency of adapting our urban and coastal systems to the realities of climate change.
This guidebook developed by our friends from ARUP, will offer practical strategies and real-world case studies to help shape safer, flood-resilient developments across Singapore.
We were very pleased to have Senior Minister of State Dr Koh Poh Koon join us for the launch, underscoring the national importance of this effort. A special thanks as well to Mr Ong Tze-Ch’in, Chief Executive of PUB, who chaired the committee and provided invaluable leadership, technical insight, and guidance throughout the process.
Proud to contribute to this meaningful initiative—and looking forward to the guidebook’s release in 2026 as a resource to support planners, developers, and policymakers in building a more climate-ready Singapore.
Onwards and upwards

Lee Adam Harryman
SVP and Head of Studio, CPG Consultants
